Hubbs is back!!! Yeay!!!!! I haven’t been updating much coz I have been making myself busy gallivanting around to keep my mind off hubbs. With my mom of course, she’s the official baby’s car seat hehehe. The result? Kiddo now has her own passport, a bank account, and IC, more clothes (well, presents from aunts studying in UK and Aussie and also from MIL who went to 4 countries in 2 weeks), and me got myself some new handbags, shoes, and baju hehehehe. So that was how I spent my 2 weeks while hubbs was away. Throwing my money in the air hahaha.

I’m back from my maternity leave :(

Yeah I am by now missing the lil girl like mad….. miss her cries, her toothless gummy smile, her stretches, her yawns, her whimpers and coos.. her farts and poos hahahahaha. Ok I shall stop talking abt her else I shall start leaking.

Being a b-feeding mom and working is tough and it takes a whole load of commitment and determination as I found out today. My office doesn’t have a fridge. How stupid is that hahaha. And I had to bring a coleman cooler bag and ice packs to store milk in. And I had to pump, 3 times today to prevent my girls from exploding hahaha. And to do that, I had to sneak into the meeting room upstairs, lock the door, and pray that no one will hear the blardy loud pump sound and knock to see what I am up to. Dah la cooler bag tu kaler METALLIC silver. Already I have seen 4 puzzled faces of colleagues’ wondering what the hell am I doing carrying that LOUD LOUD bag screaming “look at me!! look at me!!” here and there, but me just smiled when they asked what is in that bag. It’s my liquid gold y’all!!! I dunno how to explain it. All the ladies working here are not married, and what do guys know abt pumping milk??? Hahahaha. I need better ice packs, and preferably a private cubicle to do my job. Dang.

I have been doing NOTHING today. Well, I was in a 2-hour meeting in the morning.. they were updating me on the ongoing projects yada yada yada not as if I’m interested hahaha. And I kept YAWNING coz I only got 3 hours sleep last night. It was hard adjusting to sleeping alone, correction: with a small baby when u’re used to sleeping with a husband AND a baby. And now, it’s hard to re-adjust hahaha. And poor hubbs had to adjust to the new temperature and the lil kiddo’s water sounds hahaha.

I also found out that in addition to going to T.aiwan next week, I’d have to go to C.hina at the end of the month. Though for only a 3 day training, they had to add on another 2 days for travelling. And, there’s no direct flight to the province I am going to, hence a 9-hour (!) transit at S.henzhen to change to a domestic flight. I am not too happy about that, so I was surfing if there is anything good in S.henzhen. Turns out, it’s a shopping paradise yo! Even Hongkees shop there!! And now I am giddy making plans to spread my wings during the 9 hour wait hehehehe. Damn I am going to be spending tonnes for the next 2 months. And I really really need to brush up on the m.andarin.

Ok, time to go home!! Yeehaaa!!!
