The whole family went for a holiday to the US of A for a total of 18 days. The house has never been quieter, and Ayra lacked people to entertain her. It was Mommy and Daddy and maid all the time. She gets bored easily, cranky after a certain interval of being stuck in a room with us alone, and we almost ran out of ideas on how to keep her occupied. To compensate, Mommy and Daddy taught her to watch tv. It was Barney, Bunnytown, Thomas & Friends, Little Einstein, Pocoyo and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse almost every night. And we painted the town red on every weekend. Poor Ayra must have missed the commotion at home.
Yesterday, everyone came home! Ayra laughed so much in that one day alone, seeing so many people to make her happy. Of course, we all got goodies too. It was some Osh Kosh clothes, a hat from Disneyland, a pair of socks from San Diego Park and an interactive toy drum for lil Ayra, hubbs got a CSI t-shirt from Vegas itself and moi got meself a new handbag courtesy of my lovely lovely MIL hehehehe. How lucky we were huh.
Last night the house was filled with commotion and laughter once again. Did we miss it all, the days we were alone. Now how are we ever gonna stay on our own hahahaha.
hehehehe… it’s take a WHILE for u to adjust if u decide to go on your own, alright. we experienced the same thing when we were left on our own last october when the family moved out of the old family home. now we’ve been at my parents’ place for 6 months and we’re planning to move back to our house in a month or two… i have no idea how we’re going to cope!!
hehe i know what you mean babe. my parents n youngest bro are also on a long holiday(only coming back mlm ni) and the other two bros always keluar so its just me yazid and jazlan for the past 2 weeks or so. mmg rasa too quiet for our own liking. hehe. :)
